One of the first things you learn when you become an entrepreneur is that you need to really hone in on your Ideal Customer Avatar (ICA) and nail your Niche if you want to make it with the big guys.

And you do! That?s why I?ve been teaching people this for years, but here?s the thing and it?s something I really struggled with even myself over the years. 

Your unique skill set will help a multitude of different people and the one thing that will attract the right clients to you is your energy. 

Your Ideal Client and Your Niche don?t take into account who you are and who you need to be to show up as the leader in your business. They don?t define you or your business - they define your offer. You can have multiple ideal clients, multiple niches and multiple offers but what brings them all together is you! 

Your elevator pitch will change depending on who you?re speaking to and sticking with a classic cookie-cutter statement is sooo boring! It?s very impersonal and static. As you grow and learn new things you will change your offers and how you help people. You will show up differently, you will have different struggles and accomplishments and you will be able to help other people that you may not have had access to previously.

The more you yourself grow and understand yourself, the more your business will grow. Entrepreneurship is just as much a journey of personal discovery as it is about making money. And that?s what makes it so exciting! 

If things have stopped working for you like they used to, it may be that you?ve slipped out of alignment energetically with where you?re supposed to be. The journey is fluid and always changing. The world is always changing. Hell the ?algorithm? is always changing! You can?t just keep doing what you?ve always done. You also can?t just follow what everyone else is doing because energetically that may not work for you!

By understanding your own superpowers and uniqueness you will resonate with so many more people! You will magnetically attract your Ideal Client simply by sharing more about yourself and your journey. Whatever resonates and lands with them will be why they want to work with you. Not the certificates you?ve achieved or the Coaches you?ve worked with. 

When you understand yourself at a core level you can stop comparing yourself to others, stop seeking validation and stand strong in your own beliefs and values. 

Embody who you are and become potent in what you do! Step into the person you need to be. That will work better than working on who you need your ideal client to be.
